The story behind Aadesh.

Griha Samagra started because Indian property owners deserve better than spreadsheets, broker chaos, and the half-dozen apps that don't talk to each other.

Why we exist

Anyone who has run a PG, a co-living, an RWA, or even a small rental portfolio in India knows the drill — rent collection on UPI screenshots, complaints on WhatsApp, staff salaries on a paper register, owner calls on Sunday evenings. The work scales linearly with the number of properties; the chaos scales faster.

We built Aadesh to replace all of that with one operating system. Not a CRM. Not a property listing site. The actual day-to-day software the people who run buildings need to do their jobs — on iOS, Android, and the web.

How we build

Our team is based in Indore. Engineers, designers, operators. We ship in the open with people who actually run property businesses in their loop — co-living founders, hostel chains, RWA secretaries, individual landlords. Every module in Aadesh started as a problem someone on a call described to us.

Two products, one promise

Aadesh — the software, on a subscription. You run the building, we make the software invisible.

Griha Samagra Services — security, housekeeping, maintenance crews — when you want the on-ground operations bundled. Managed inside the same app, billed on the same contract.
