Griha Samagra Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("Griha Samagra", "we", "our") operates the Aadesh property operating system and the grihasamagra.qzz.io marketing site. This policy explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
What we collect
- Account data — name, email, phone, organisation. Used to sign you into Aadesh.
- Property data — buildings, tenants, rent, complaints. Used only to run your account.
- Form submissions on this website — name, phone, city, message. Used to follow up.
- Usage data — anonymised analytics on page views and feature use. Used to improve the product.
How we use it
- To deliver the Aadesh service and respond to your enquiries.
- To send transactional notifications (rent reminders, ticket updates, account events).
- To improve the product. Aggregated, never identifiable.
- To comply with Indian law where required.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data. We share it only with the infrastructure providers we run on (Supabase, Cloudflare, AWS sub-processors) under standard data-processing agreements. We disclose when legally required.
Your rights
You can access, correct, export or delete your data at any time. Email hello@grihasamagra.in with the request and we'll process it within 30 days.
