Terms of service.

These terms govern your use of the Aadesh app and the grihasamagra.qzz.io website, operated by Griha Samagra Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("we", "us").

Your account

You must give accurate information when you sign up. You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done under your account.

Acceptable use

• Don't use Aadesh for anything illegal, fraudulent, or harmful.
• Don't try to reverse-engineer, scrape, or attack the system.
• Don't resell or redistribute the service without a written agreement.

Subscriptions and billing

Aadesh is sold on a subscription. Service fees, if you opt for our on-ground teams, are billed monthly against the scope agreed at onboarding. All prices are in INR and exclude applicable taxes.

Your data

You own your data. We process it on your behalf to deliver the service. See our privacy policy for details. You can export or delete it at any time.

Termination

You can stop using Aadesh and cancel your subscription at any time. We can suspend an account that breaches these terms.

Disclaimers and liability

We give the service as-is and try hard to keep it running, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted service. Our maximum liability is the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
